You get a smart card that allows you to purchase wine of your choosing at your own pace. Then pay up at the end of the night. As the name suggest they have 48 bottles of wine on tap. They also have 48 beers as well.
We tried a 250 dollar of bottle of wine by the taste for 10 bucks which we would have never tried because we never spend that much on wine but at the taste level it made it much more accessible.
Now we know a 250 wine to us taste no better than a 20 dollar bottle.
